基于成组技术的多品种小批量武器装备备件抽样检验方法

Method of Sampling Inspection for Weapon Spares of Multi-varieties and Small Batch Based on Group Technology

针对多品种、小批量武器装备备件的检验、验收问题,提出了相似备件成组检验方法。该方法利用相似原理和成组技术,通过识别相似质量特征的备件总体检验、判定备件质量一致性,并将不同品种或规格的武器装备备件进行成组检验,最后通过某军工企业的实例对其可行性、可信性进行了验证。结果表明:应用相似备件成组检验方法,通过合并组批可大幅减少平均抽样率和检验工作量,有效提高了武器装备备件检验、验收的效率。

The method of group inspection for similar spare parts of weaponry is proposed against the problem of inspection and acceptance of multi-varieties and small batch weapon equipment. This method utilizes the similarity principle and the group technology to examine and judge the quality consistency of spare parts through identifying products of similar quality,and group inspection is carried out for different quality or size of spare parts. Finally,the feasibility and validity are verified by some example sat a military factory. Results show that the inspection method using similar spare parts and grouping can improve the test and acceptance of weapon equipment effectively and technically by reducing the workload of testing and average sampling ratio.
