摘要
综述了基于焊接的镍基高温合金增材再制造技术(Additive Remanufacturing Technology,ART)研究现状,主要比较了激光、等离子弧、钨极氩弧3种热源情况下镍基高温合金增材再制造的成形特点和组织性能,指出了不同热源的优缺点以及未来增材再制造技术的研究热点。
This article gives the research status of the additive remanufacturing technology of Ni-based superalloy based on welding,which compares three kinds of heat source:tungsten arc,laser,plasma arc.Forming features and structure property are analyzed,both the advantages and disadvantages of different heat source are pointed out,and the research focus of the additive remanufacturing technology is highlighted.
