摘要 针对装备论证中装备作战能力需求分析针对性不强的问题,以装备未来可能面临的多样化作战任务为牵引,以作战概念创新研究为突破口,构建了装备作战能力需求分析框架,提出了作战概念开发、基于作战任务与作战能力关联关系的作战能力需求分析、作战能力差距分析、作战能力发展计划和需求方案生成与评估方法,为开展装备作战能力需求论证提供了方法支撑。 In order to improve the acceptability of equipment combat capability requirement in the field of equipment demonstration,a new analysis method for equipment combat capability requirement is pro-posed,emphasizing that the equipment combat capability requirement should be rooted in the multiform combat tasks in the future wars.So guided by the combat conception innovation research,the analysis framework for equipment combat capability requirement is constructed.And the method of combat con-ception development,the combat capability requirement analysis method based on the matrix between the combat tasks and the combat capabilities,the combat capability gap analysis method,the planning meth-od for combat capability,the generation and evaluation method for requirement plan are studied.The pro-posed methods can provide a usable selection for equipment combat capability requirement demonstration.
