不同转速与负荷条件下军用柴油机性能预测与分析

Performance Prediction and Analysis of Military Diesel Engine under Different Speed and Load Conditions

摘要 为提高军用柴油机的使用寿命和工作效率,充分发挥其作战效能,利用GT-power软件建立了某军用柴油机的工作过程模型,结合实车试验数据验证了其准确性。利用该模型计算分析了柴油机在不同转速下的功率、油耗、进/排气,以及缸内气体的温度、压力等参数的变化规律,在此基础上进一步分析了柴油机在不同转速和负荷条件下的性能变化趋势,结果表明:该柴油机在转速大于1 500 r/min和较大负荷工况下工作状态较好,整体上满足了军用车辆的使用需求。 In order to improve the service life and work efficiency of military diesel engine,the operation-al efficiency is fully operational,the working process model of certain military diesel engine based on the GT-power software is established,and the accuracy is verified with the experiment data.The parameter change law of the diesel engine such as power,oil wear,behavior of inflow and outflow at variable speed is calculated and analyzed using the working model,and on this basis the diesel engine performance change direction is analyzed under different speed and load conditions.Results show that the diesel en-gine works well when the speed is above 1 500 r/min or the load is larger,which can meet the using need of military vehicle.
