摘要
为了改善军用装备发动机在恶劣工况下的润滑条件,制备了一种二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)与石墨烯复合润滑油添加剂,利用Optimal-SRV 4摩擦磨损实验机考察其润滑性能,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对摩擦面进行观察表征及分析。实验结果表明:石墨烯与MoDTC复配后具有一定的减摩抗磨协同性,尤其是在高温高载下协同效果明显,能够改善MoDTC在高温高载下减摩抗磨性能的不足;复配添加剂润滑下的摩擦表面形貌平滑,附着有MoS_2、MoO_3和石墨烯等摩擦保护膜,复配添加剂具有优异的润滑效果,可提高基体的抗磨性能。
To improve the lubricating condition of military equipment engine in severe working conditions, Molybdenum Dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC)and graphene solution are blended as compounded lubri-cating oil additive and added into tank engine oil.Lubricating properties are evaluated by Optimal SRV4 friction and wear tester. Worn surfaces are characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS)and X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer (XPS).The ex-perimental results show that graphene has synergistic lubricating effect with MoDTC,particularly under high temperature or high load,and can improve the lubricating effect of MoDTC under high temperature or high load.Mechanism analysis shows that friction surface lubricated by compound additive is smooth, and MoS2 ,MoO3 and grphene are attached as tribological protection film to exhibit excellent lubricating effect and enhance antiwear property of matrix.
