陆军开展装备作战试验的总体思考

General Reflection on the Army Equipment Operational Test

针对陆军装备作战试验目标定位不准确、概念不清楚、内容不明确和流程不规范等问题,从陆军开展装备作战试验需求出发,界定了装备作战试验概念,明确了作战试验内容,规范了作战试验流程,从理论上解决了陆军装备作战试验"为什么试"、"试什么"、"如何组织试"和"试验结果怎么评"等现实问题,对推进陆军武器装备体制发展、加速作战试验理论体系形成具有重要意义。

Aiming at the Army Weapon Equipment Operational Test ( AWEOT) problem that the target lo-cation is inaccurate , the concept is unclear , the content is undefined , the process is not standard , and so on, from the aspects carrying out equipment operational test requirements , this paper defines the concept of AWEOT, makes the contents of AWEOT clear and specifies the procedure of AWEOT , theoretically solving the problems of “Why do we carry out AWEOT?”,“What do we test?”,“How to carry out AWEOT?”,“How to evaluate the results of AWEOT?”, which are very important in advancing the deve-lopment of army equipment system and accelerating the formation of theoretical system of weapon equip-ment operational test .
