新时期陆军装备器材保障建设探析

Research on Support Construction of the Army Equipment Materials in the New Era

从新时期军队使命和战略任务、陆军装备转型建设、军民融合装备建设和装备保障依法治装4个方面分析了当前陆军装备器材保障面临的形势和任务要求,提出了陆军装备器材保障建设应遵循的4项基本原则,规划了新时期陆军装备器材保障应完成的6项主要任务,为新时期开展陆军装备器材保障建设提供了思路和参考。

Current situation and construction requests of the army equipment materials support are ana -lyzed from four aspects including the military mission and strategic task , the army equipment transforma-tion construction , the army-civilian integration equipment construction and the ruling equipment affairs by law in the new era .Four basic principles of the army equipment materials support are put forward and six primary tasks of the army 's equipment materials support are planned , which provides thinking and refer-ence for the development of the army equipment materials support construction in the new era .
