摘要
以具有隐蔽功能故障的舰载装备为研究对象,系统保障总成本最低为目标函数,系统使用可用度与备件储存空间为约束条件,建立了机会维修策略下检修间隔与备件携行量的联合优化模型。采用蒙特卡洛仿真方法和粒子群优化算法对定期补给间隔下的最优保障方案进行了优化,并通过算例验证了该方法的可行性,分析了不同约束条件下保障方案的灵敏度。
Joint optimization model of maintenance interval and carrying quantity of spare parts under op -portunistic maintenance policy is established for shipboard system that subject to silent failures .Its objec-tive function is minimal total costs , and its constraint conditions are operational availability and storage space of spare parts .Monte-Carlo simulation and Particle Swarm Optimization ( PSO) are used to optimize the optimal scheme under periodic supply interval .In the end, the feasibility of the method is verified through a real case example and the sensitivity curve of the scheme in different constraint conditions is analyzed .
