摘要
为研究某型柴油机缸体/缸套的温度场分布情况,建立了其三维几何模型和柴油机的工作过程模型,求解了缸内高温燃气的温度和换热系数,缸体/缸套与周围固体部件及环境空气的热传导等外部边界条件,采用流固耦合方法分析了冷却液流动换热规律,并计算了缸体/缸套的温度场分布。结果表明:冷却液在水套内的流动换热状态较好,且固体部件温度状况较为理想。最后,结合冷却液进口布置、耦合方法的选取等问题提出了优化改进意见及下一步的研究方向。
To study the temperature field distribution of the cylinder body and sleeve in diesel engine , the three-dimensional geometrical model and the working process model are established .While the tempera-ture and heat transfer coefficient of the gas , the heat transfer condition with the circumjacent body and cylinder cover are computed .The condition of the coolant flow and heat transfer is analyzed by the fluid-solid coupling method , and the temperature field distribution of the cylinder sleeve and the cylinder body is calculated .The result shows that both the heat transfer of the coolant and the temperature field of the solid component are good .At last , the proposal of optimization and future research direction are put for-ward combining with the inlet setting of the coolant and selection of coupling method .
