Study on Variable Altitude Capability of the Cooling and Radiating System in Two-stage Turbocharged and Intercooled Diesel Engine

摘要 为研究某两级增压中冷柴油机冷却散热系统的高原适应性,利用GT-power软件建立了该柴油机工作过程和冷却散热系统的耦合计算模型,经过实验数据验证后利用该模型预测分析了柴油机在变海拔条件下冷却散热性能的变化规律。结果表明:随着海拔的升高,柴油机的功率、冷却空气质量流量、中冷器和散热器的散热量均减小,为后续该柴油机变海拔性能的改进提供了理论依据。 To analyze the plateau adaptability of the cooling and radiating system in the two-stage turbo-charged and intercooled diesel engine , the coupling calculation model of working process , cooling and ra-diating system is established using the software of GT-power .After being certificated by the experiment data, then the model is used to predict the changing law of cooling and radiating capability of the diesel engine at variable altitude .The result shows that with the increase of altitude , the power , mass flow of the cooling air , the heat volume of cooling and radiating engine , and the temperature of cooling water in the diesel engine are all decreased , which provides a theoretical basis to improve the cooling and radia-ting of the diesel engine .
