摘要
为研究CL-20基PBX炸药的冲击波感度,采用显式动力学有限元程序——ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,运用ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler)算法对某CL-20基PBX炸药在冲击波作用下的临界起爆特性进行了数值模拟,计算出该炸药临界隔板厚度值在24.56~25.7 mm范围内。通过大隔板试验进行了验证,得出试样50%发生爆轰的隔板厚度L50=25.23 mm,与数值模拟结果基本吻合。
In order to study the shock wave sensitivity of CL 20 based PBX explosive , using the explicit dynamic finite element program ANSYS/LS-DYNA software , and the ALE ( Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler ) algorithm, the characteristics of the critical initiation for a certain CL 20 based PBX explosive under the effect of shock wave are simulated , and the critical value of the bulkhead thickness is calculated between 24.56 mm and 25.7 mm.The reliability of numerical simulation results is verified through large gap test , the test results show that its bulkhead thickness L50 =25.23 mm in 50%detonation, which is consistent with the numerical simulation results .
