行星变速箱故障模拟试验台设计及故障特征提取 被引量:2

Design of Fault Simulation Experimental Platform for Planetary Gearbox and Fault Feature Extraction

摘要 针对复杂行星齿轮变速箱故障诊断问题,设计了一种某型装甲车辆行星变速箱故障模拟试验台,并选择不同状态下的振动信号进行了故障特征提取。首先,简要介绍了PGB-A行星变速箱的结构和工作原理;其次,设计了该行星变速箱的故障模拟试验台和增速箱,设置了机械和液压故障并布置了测试传感器;最后,利用数据采集系统对该行星变速箱的各状态信号进行了采集,并应用排列熵算法对采集到的数据进行了故障特征提取。结果表明:该故障模拟试验台能够完成多种故障状态的试验,为复杂行星变速箱的故障诊断提供了数据支撑,且所提故障特征提取方法能够很好地检测故障。 Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis of complex planetary gearbox,fault simulation experimental platform for planetary gearbox of some type of armored vehicles is designed and vibration signs feature in different conditions are extracted. Firstly,the structure and the operating principle of the planetary gearbox are introduced. Secondly,the fault simulation experimental platform and the step-up box for the transmission are designed,mechanical and hydraulic faults are set,sensors are deployed,and working signs in different conditions of planetary gearbox are monitored by data acquisition system,which provides the basis for fault diagnosis of planetary gearbox. Finally,permutation entropy of vibration signs collected is computed as fault feature extracted. The results indicate that many conditions test are to be completed by the fault simulation experimental platform for planetary gearbox,and data is acquired for fault diagnosis,and fault feature extraction method proposed is effective for fault diagnosis of planetary gearbox
