Research Status and Development Trend of Power Supply System for Armored Vehicle

摘要 从装甲车辆负载电能需求出发,回顾了近年来装甲车辆供电系统的研究现状和发展趋势,其总体特征为小功率向大功率、低压向高压、单一供电体制向复合供电体制、模拟/继电控制向数字化/网络化控制发展。以供电体制为主线,重点分析了28 V低压车载供电系统、270 V/28 V复合车载供电系统以及车载综合电力系统3类典型系统的结构组成与关键技术,并对未来战场智能电网的发展进行了展望,为装甲车辆供电系统论证分析、研制设计以及改造升级等研究提供了理论借鉴和技术参考。 Aiming at the requirement of electric energy load on armored vehicle,the research status and development trend of power supply system in recent years is reviewed in this paper. The general characteristic of development trend is developing from small power to high power,low voltage to high voltage,single power supply structure to compound structure,analog / relay control to digital / networked control.The 3 kinds of typical systems,such as 28 V low voltage power supply system,270 V /28 V compound power supply system and integrated power system,are analyzed according to the power supply structure.What is more,the development trend of future battlefield smart grid is prospected,which provides the theoretical and technological reference for power supply system demonstration analysis,development design and modification up-grading.
