摘要
以有限可修复备件的维修次数为约束条件,综合考虑装备数量、装备单元数量以及装备工作时间等备件消耗影响因素,运用数理统计方法,建立了有限可修复备件消耗规律预测模型,并通过示例验证了模型的适用性,研究结果可为科学地确定有限可修复备件储存量提供理论依据。
Taking the maintenance times of partially repairable spare parts as constraints,considering the factors affecting spare parts consumption,such as the number of equipment,the number of equipment units,and the working time of equipment,a forecasting model of partially repairable spare parts consumption is established by means of mathematical statistics. An example is taken to illustrate the applicability of the model. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for calculating reserves of partially repairable spares parts scientifically.
