摘要
从航空液压油泵车的基本任务出发,结合其使用保障及维修过程,运用数理统计、蒙特卡罗抽样和离散事件等理论,建立了以使用可用度、任务成功率和备件短缺风险为评价参数的航空液压油泵车保障能力评价模型。依托计算机仿真技术和SIMLOX平台,对某型航空液压油泵车保障能力进行了研究,并根据仿真结果分析了影响航空液压油泵车保障能力的主要因素。结果表明:该模型是合理的、可信的,能够为装备管理工作者提供决策参考。
Based on support missions of aerial hydraulic oil pump vehicle,combining the process of using and servicing the vehicle,applying the theory of mathematical statistics,Monte-Carlo,discrete event and so on,an evaluation model of the support ability of an aerial hydraulic oil pump vehicle is established with the use of availability,the success rate of the task and the risk of spare parts shortage as evaluation parameters. Based on the computer's simulation technology and the platform of SIMLOX,a simulation study on the support ability of aerial hydraulic pump vehicle is carried out,and the main factors that affect the support ability of the aerial hydraulic pump vehicle are analyzed. The results show that the model is reasonable and credible,and can provide decision reference for equipment managers.
