摘要
针对工序并行条件下的装备维修作业车间调度问题,分析了装备维修作业车间调度中工序并行性的特点,提出了工序并行率的概念,建立了以最小化维修任务完成时间为目标的维修作业车间调度模型,设计了基于遗传算法的模型求解算法,并进行了仿真实验。结果表明:提高装备维修工艺路线中工序的并行性,能够有效提高装备维修效率。
For the equipment maintenance job shop scheduling problem under the concurrent operation conditions,this paper analyses the characteristics of the process parallelism in the maintenance job shop scheduling,puts forward the concept of parallel efficiency,establishes a maintenance job shop scheduling model with minimum maintenance task completion time as objective function,and designs a model solution algorithm based on genetic algorithm. The simulation experimental results show that it is effective to improve the equipment maintenance efficiency by improving the parallelism of processes in the maintenance process routes.
