单装维修器材消耗标准制定方法及其应用

Making Method and Application for the Standard of Maintenance Material Consumption of Single Weapon

在对比分析单装维修器材消耗标准(简称"单装消耗标准")相关定义的基础上,界定了单装消耗标准的相应条件,分析了单装消耗标准的影响因素,提出了单装消耗标准确定思路及计算方法,最后,通过示例验证了单装消耗标准制定方法的可行性。研究成果可为制定单装维修器材消耗年度计划,提高维修器材管理的标准化和规范化水平提供技术支撑。

On the basis of comparative analysis of the relevant definitions of the Maintenance Material consumption standard of single weapon( 'single weapon consumption standard'),the corresponding conditions of the single weapon consumption standard are defined. The influence factors of the single weapon consumption standard are analyzed. The idea of determining the single weapon consumption standard and its calculation method are put forward,and the feasibility of the formulation method is verified by an example. The research results can provide technical support for the formulation of the annual plan of single weapon maintenance material and the improvement of the standardization and normalization level of maintenance material management.
