颅骨修补术后常见并发症原因分析及诊治体会

The etiology and treatment strategy of common postoperative complications after cranioplasty

目的探讨三维钛网行颅骨修补术后常见并发症的原因及处理,制定相应的防治策略。方法对本院自2014年1月到2018年7月收治的102例颅骨缺损行三维钛网颅骨修补术的患者进行临床资料分析,总结常见并发症发生率、可能原因,处理原则及预防策略。结果 102例患者中8例出现皮下积液,5例继发性颅内出血,4例癫痫发作,2例切口感染,1例钛板外露。结论术前充分准备,重视合并症及伴随病,严格无菌,注重手术操作,同时针对不同病人采取个性化手术方案可以有效的减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the etiology and treatment strategy of common postoperative complications after cranioplasty with contourable titanium mesh.Methods We undertook a retrospective survey of 102 cases of cranioplasty patients from January 2014 to July 2018 in our hospital.A description of etiology,treatment strategy and prevention measures weredescribed along with a systematic review of literature.Results The complications in 102 cases mainly include subcutaneous hydrops(8 cases),secondary intracranial hemorrhage(5 cases),seizure(4 cases),incision infection(2 cases),plate exposure(1 case).Conclusion Fully preparation,paying attention to the concomitant disease,aseptic surgical operation meanwhile personalized treatment protocols may effectively reduce the complications.
