十九大报告对党的基层组织的发展提出了新的要求,国有企业应遵循报告精神,在全面认知现阶段在党风廉政建设中存在的不足及其形成原因的基础上,采取提高认识,增强参与意识;完善制度,源头治理促进落实;围绕工作中心,贴近生产搞活动;多措并举,与时俱进抓好宣传教育等有效措施,不断强化思想政治工作,创造党风廉政建设的新局面,从而推动国有企业快速健康的发展。

The Nineteenth National Congress Report of CPC puts forward new requirements for the development of the party's basic-level organization. On the basis of recognizing the deficiencies and their causes in constructing the Party's style and clean governance, the state-owned enterprises should follow the spirit of the report to improve awareness of participation, perfect governing systems, conduct activities related to production, strengthen prompt propaganda and ideological and political work,thus creating a new situation of constructing the Party's style and clean governance and promoting the healthy and rapid development of state-owned enterprises.
