摘要
高校是我国创新人才的聚集地、创新成果的策源地,科技创新型人才队伍的建设是实现国家创新驱动战略核心环节。当今社会知识爆发式增长,实现创新的载体已从个人转变为团队,高校科研创新能力的提升离不开科研团队的创新。可以从知识服务的角度,分析高校科研团队创新能力建设的核心促进因素,提出并设计一套系统的创新能力培养机制和实施路径,对于高校完善人才发展机制,培养科技创新人才,促进科技创新型人才队伍建设有着一定的理论和实践指导意义。
Colleges are a gathering place for innovative talents in China and a source of innovative achievements.The construction of scientifically and technologically innovative talents is the core to realize the innovation driving strategy for China. Nowadays, social knowledge has been growing extremely fast, and the carrier to achieve innovation has changed from a person to a team and the enhancement of innovative ability can never be realized without the joint efforts of the members of the research team. From the perspective of knowledge service, this paper analyses the essential factors that promote the construction of innovative abilities of a research team, and the paper also puts forward the methods and pathway to design a system which is used in the cultivating innovation.This sheds theoretical and practical light on the universities and colleges in building up a cultivating system and in their fostering of the talents as well as innovative staff.
