摘要 训练式教学法是一种课堂教学方法,以任务驱动为导向来完成教学,适用于实践类课程。它在完成学习任务过程中应用训练式教学方法,采用反复强化、巩固练习的方法帮助学生完成学习任务,实现能力的提高。尤其是在职业心理素质训练课程中,不同内容模块都设置了训练任务,通过对学生的技能训练,帮助学生突破心理瓶颈,塑造良好的就业心态,养成良好职业心理素质,实现从大学生角色向职场角色的转换,能较好地培养学生的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力,以便毕业后以更好的状态融入社会融入职场。 The training is one of the teaching methods in the classroom. It is task-driven and therefore suitable for practical courses. The training helps students to familiarize and acquire the competency required by the preset tasks in the process of the repeated practice and consolidation exercises. In the course of occupational psychological quality,training tasks are set in the competency module. By performing the tasks, student to conquer the bottleneck, build up a better employment mindset and forming professional psychology quality, which may be essential to the shift from the students to professional roles. Besides, the communicative skills, teamwork spirits, professional psychological quality and autonomous learning capability are also covered in the course to help students get adjusted to the potential job.
