摘要 新形势下,职业教育的改革与发展需要以"校企协同"模式为基础,在人才培养过程中发挥高校与企业的各自优势,有针对性培养职业岗位中需要具备的能力。可以财务岗位中的财务预算与计划能力培养为例,探索基于"校企协同"模式的财务岗位教育新路径。 The reform and development of vocational education need to be implemented based on the mode of "U niversity-Enterprise Collaboration", giving play to their respective advantages in the course of talent education by specifically cultivating the ability required by professional posts. This article explore a new way of cultivating financial budget and the planning capability required by the financial posts based on a mode of "University-Enterprise Collaboration".
