对高校学报编辑继续教育的几点思考

高校学报旨在提供学术交流平台,展示学校的学术水平,对编辑的要求自然更高。身处信息时代的学报编辑要真正做好自身的工作,继续教育也必不可少的,也是总局明文规定的。就目前的继续教育现状来看,存在着培训时间比较集中、形式与内容相对模式化等问题,并不能很好地满足学报编辑的差异化继续教育要求。因此,要进行合理的变革,开展形式多样、时间长短不拘、内容具有针对性的继续教育,让学报编辑的继续教育落到实处,真正学有所得。

The university journals aim to provide an academic exchange platform and demonstrate the academic level of the university, which poses higher requirement on the editorial. In the information age, the editors of the journal are supposed to attend further education for the benefit of work, which is clearly stipulated by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television. The paper examines the issues existing in the further education of the editors in that the training time is centralized and training form and contents fixed, therefore it cannot meet the requirements of the editors' further education. The paper argues that reasonable re form needs to be carried out to organize well-directed further education which features in a flexible training time and a variety of training forms, for the purpose of the editors' further education being worthy of the time and efforts.
