拨浪鼓敲出新音符——国务院批复《浙江省义乌市国际贸易综合改革试点总体方案》一周年

The Rattle-Drum that Beats Out New Musical Notes——An Anniversary of the State Council’s Approval of The Overall Plan for Pilot Study on Comprehensive Reform of International Trade in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province

2011年,浙江省义乌市场成交再创历史新高,全市集贸市场总成交额达677.85亿元,同比增长9.13%;其中中国小商品城成交额515.12亿元,同比增长12.95%,这是义乌中国小商品城成交额自1991年以来连续21年居全国专业市场榜首。也正是在2011年3月,国务院正式批复《浙江省义乌市国际贸易综合改革试点总体方案》,使该市成为全国首个由国务院批准的县级市综合改革试点。根据方案,义乌将承担起探索建立新型贸易方式、优化出口商品结构、探索现代流通新方式和应对国际贸易摩擦和壁垒等9个方面的主要试点任务。

In March last year,the State Council formally approved The Overall Plan for Pilot Study on Comprehensive Reform of International Trade in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province.Since then, a series of measures have been taken to further reformatory experiments with fast and healthy development.In consequence,the total economy of Yiwu has advanced a new step and the volume of business in Yiwu market has reached a new historical level.Last year the total turnover of fair trade markets in the city amounted to 67.785 billion yuan,approximate to 10.776 billion US dollars,achieving an increase of 9.13%.The annual turnover in Yiwu Small Commodities City alone reached 51.512 billion yuan,approximate to 8.189 billion US dollars,with an increase of 12.95%compared with the previous year,ranking first among all the specialized markets in China for 21 consecutive years since its establishment in 1991.At present,the number of domestic enterprises that depend on the trade channel in Yiwu markets has surpassed 200 thousand, and the enterprises employ over 100 hundred thousand industrial workers.After nearly a year’s experiment,2012 will be a key year for Yiwu to carry forward pilot reform in an all-round way.
