Photographing Life with One Arm

失去了右臂,带来一段消沉的日子。有一天他用左手拿起相机搞摄影,从此人生有了另一种意义。在仙居,无论是在清晨的薄雾里,还是在落日的余晖下,时常能看到一个瘦而高的摄影人,背着一个沉重的摄影包,与众多的摄影爱好者一样爬山涉水,用手中的镜头定格着自然万物美好的瞬间。唯独不同于常人的是:他用左手拿相机、按快门,右袖空空的,在风中飘荡。他就是独臂摄影人——项瑞国。

Regardless of the thin mist in the early morning or the vestigial rays of the declining sun,a thin and tall cameraman with a heavy bag of photographic apparatus is often seen trudging across mountains and rivers at Xianju County.Like many photographic lovers,he freeze-frames the beautiful moments of everything in nature.However,he has some behavior of peculiar interest different from ordinary people:he uses left hand to carry his camera and press the shutter,leaving his empty right sleeve dangling in the air.He is the right person known as the onearm cameraman—Xiang Ruiguo.Though he has lost his right arm in a traffic accident,he takes up photography and with his left hand he has opened an entirely new world for himself.
