Akesu and Zhejiang,Heart to Heart though Far Apart

2010年,按照中央的要求,浙江省对口支援由新疆和田地区调整到阿克苏地区和生产建设兵团农一师阿拉尔市。2010年5月初,受省委、省政府委托,省援疆指挥部和省有关部门组成的考察团赴阿克苏就全面援疆实地考察,拉开了新一轮浙江全面对口援疆工作的序幕。从此,浙江这个东部省份和西域明珠阿克苏地区紧紧联系在一起。两年来,浙江的援疆干部以5+2工作制,白加黑的工作方法走街穿巷,寻访百姓,听民意,察民情,一个个涉及安居、饮水、双语教育、卫生、社会福利等方面的民生项目陆续落到了实处,一个个民生工程顺利开工,一批批援助项目有序开展,浙江省新一轮大手笔、全方位援疆,激活了阿克苏经济社会发展的一池春水。我们撷取了阿克苏居民和援疆干部的些许画面,借以展示浙江精神在阿克苏大地落地、开花的动人画面。

Since Zhejiang set out to provide aid in construction between counterparts in Akesu District of Xinjiang Autonomous Region in 2010,the eastern province Zhejiang and the pearl of Western Regions Akesu District have closely linked together. In the past two years,Zhejiang cadres sent to support Xinjiang worked conscientiously.Except 5 weekdays,they usually put in weekends to do extra work and every day they would continue their work in the evening after working for eight hours in the daytime.They made rounds of streets and alley ways,inquired about ordinary people,listened to their opinions and investigated their conditions so as to gradually settle down items concerning people’s livelihood such as affordable housing,drinking water,bilingual education,sanitary facilities and social welfare;to smoothly carry out projects benefiting people’s living conditions and to orderly unfold intellectual assistant items.Like a sudden wind stirs the tranquillity in a pond of springtime water,Zhejiang’s new round omni-dimensional support has stimulated Akesu’s economic expansion and social development.We present in this issue a selection of photos about the local residents of Akesu and Zhejiang cadres sent to aid Xinjiang and sincerely wish Zhejiang spirit of assistant Xinjiang will spread great love in Akesu.
