回味老底子过年时的那些手艺

摘要 虽然,吃依然是如今过年的一项重要内容,但是,那些富有地方特色的年货似乎只有在老人的依稀记忆里,或是在电视剧里才寻得到。老底子过年,酱年货、包春卷、打年糕、敲糖担、蒸八宝饭、酿酒、磨豆腐……置办年货早在年前一两个月就开始了,而且花样繁多的年货大多是人们手工做的,那些手艺人在年节边常常大展身手,浓浓的年味糅合着温馨的乡情在他们的巧手下一点一点地积聚起来,成为孩子们一年的念想;牵动着游子回家的归心;点燃亲人们团聚的热情。尽管有些传统我们已经无法恢复,但把那些手艺拿出来晒晒,回味,也是过年的一种味道,就像人们对来年的美好祝愿总是不变的情怀。 For the Spring Festival,people in the past would be busy making sauce products,wrapping spring rolls,making rice cakes,knocking sugars,steaming eight-treasure rice puddings,brewing wines,grinding bean curds...Spring Festival shopping begins one or two months prior to the Spring Festival itself. Spring Festival goods are of various kinds,and most of them are handmade by those craftsmen who often show their capabilities at the end of the year. Rich atmosphere of Spring Festival mixed with warm nostalgia accumulates bit by bit through their dab hands,which becomes children’s whole year yearning,connects the homeward bond of travelers and kindles the passion for relatives’ reunion.
