He is a one-armed principal,who saved an old man from the freezing river water;he is a judge with a stick,who has spent 28 years in walking around the island and becomes the first person handling over 100 cases per year in the history of Zhonshan Court.The third term Zhejiang provincial moral models election which Lasted a half year ended in September,2013.On the afternoon of16th September,Xia Baolong,Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Director of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee,and Li Qiang,Zhejiang Provincial Governor and Deputy Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee,visited the newly elected moral models and their family representatives in Hangzhou.Xia Baolong,on behalf of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Zhejiang Provincial Government,congratulated and honored moral models and wished them to cherish the honor,guard against arrogance,exert to play the exemplary role at their posts and in their ordinary life while keep the "most beautiful" character and spread the bright-moorrlike moral light to the whole Zhejiang and to every Zhejiangese’s heart.
