Record of An’xi

去安溪,只有一个理由充分而时尚:一片茶叶。十月的阳光随着纬度的降低渐柔渐强,似乎配合着心温向茶温的激情提速。层层山峦如帷幕般渐次拉开,深远处的风景,便是被温暖的暮霭包容着的安溪古城。接下来的一周,我们被一片茶叶包围,并自融于茶。地理,太极安溪从地理的大范围看,安溪地处戴云山脉南坡。

An’xi is located in the south face of the Daiyun Mountians,whose terrain is from northwest to southeast.The unique terrain brings plentiful rain because the moist airflow in the south can be upward along the slope.The landform with multiple layers of hills creates abundant and diverse climate.The soil here,containing rich organic matter and mineral substances,is mainly composited by red earth or sandy red earth,the PH of which is between 4.0 and 6.0.Judging from its latitude,An’xi is in the golden zone of tea planting in the world.Relying on the above advantages of tea growing,An’xi finally becomes the hometown of a famous tea—Tie Guanyin.
