据国家统计局浙江调查总队的调查数据显示,201 3年浙江农村居民人均纯收入16106元,同比增长10.7%,扣除价格因素,实际增长8.1%。至此,浙江农民人均纯收入已连续29年位居全国各省、自治区第一。这一看似波澜不惊的"蝉联",实则经受了前所未有的考验。201 3年,浙江农业先后遭遇"黄浦江死猪漂浮事件"、H7N9禽流感、罕见高温干旱、"菲特"台风等影响,农民增收一度遭遇严峻考验。关键时刻,促进农民增收的各项政策及时推出,加之收入来源的"多元结构"发挥作用,让浙江农业经受住了严峻考验。
