跑好生态建设“接力赛”——认真学习贯彻省委十三届五次全会精神

The Relay Race of Ecological Construction——Learning and implementing the essence of the fifth plenary session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC

2014年5月22日至23日,中共浙江省委十三届五次全会在杭州举行。会议审议通过了《中共浙江省委关于建设美丽浙江创造美好生活的决定》(下文中简称《决定》),在新形势下全面部署"两美"战略的改革总目标、总要求和路线图。党的十八届三中全会把加快生态文明制度建设作为全面深化改革的重要内容,提出必须建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系,用制度保护生态环境。浙江省委十三届五次全会做出"两美"决定,就是深入贯彻中央系列精神,积极推进建设美丽中国在浙江的实践。

From 22nd May to 23rd May,the fifth plenary session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC was held in Hangzhou.The meeting adopted a decision aiming to outline the general target,the general demand and the blueprint of "Two Beauty" strategy under the new circumstances.Xia Baolong,Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC,said that the construction of an ecological province is like a red line throughout our reform process.Though situation changed in the last decade,the resolution of the Zhejiang Provincial Committees and the provincial government never changes,so does its blueprint.We should grip the relay baton to accomplish the relay race and write the "grand article" well.Li Qiang,Governor of Zhejiang Province,said that according to the strategy of building beautiful Zhejiang and the "Three Steps" of creating good life,we should intensify the institutional improvement,establish the related institution and boost the ecological construction,so as to better meet people’s new expectation of good life.
