Harnessing Yinzhou’s Waters:Making the Watertown Picturesque

【三年行动目标】大力实施治污水、防洪水、排涝水、保供水、抓节水"三年计划",全面构建区域水环境提升、水灾害防范、水资源保障"三大体系"。到2016年,奉化江、姚江、东江三江堤防力争全线封闭,彻底消除黑臭河,规模企业、事业及重点用水单位污水截污纳管集中处理率达到100%,城区生活污水集中处理率力争达到100%,城镇生活污水集中处理率达到80%以上,农村生活污水治理村覆盖率达到90%、农户受益率达到70%,城区主要河道水质力争达到Ⅳ类标准,集中式饮用水水源地水质达标率达到100%,水环境功能区水质达标率达到71%。

Walking in Yinzhou in 2014,you will find that on both banks of Yaojiang River and Fenghua River,bunds are being built at top speed;garbage in hundreds of watercourses in 23 towns has been disposed of;illegally waterlogged construction has been razed to the ground.The story of Wang Yuanwei and Wang Anshi’s harnessing water took place here.Some large-scale hydraulic projects,such as Tashanyan and Wanggongtang,were also built here.At present,Yinzhou people,led by the district committee and district government,exert their effort to protect the green mountain and water for themselves as well as for their future generations by virtue of practical-minded and courageous "Yinzhou Spirit".This is the Yinzhou edition of harnessing five waters!
