摘要
厄巴舞,古朴优美,舞蹈语汇丰富多彩,其姿势大多由猴子的动作演变而来,故又称猴子舞。舞蹈动作有攀岩、摘果、泅水、抓鱼、挠痒、捞月等,将猴子嬉笑顽皮之性、轻盈敏捷之形、混沌蒙昧之稚、安身立命之习演绎得惟妙惟肖。厄巴舞流传于湘西州古丈县断龙山乡和红石林镇土家族地区,以妇女表演为主,是一种古老的民间舞蹈,既是一种民间娱乐活动,也是一项重要的祭祀仪式。源于五代后期,最初目的在于通过祈禳祭典活动,反抗彭氏土司。
Eba Dance,spreading among the Tujia pople living in Duanlongshan village and Hongshilin town of Guzhang County,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,is an ancient folk dance as well as an important sacrificial ceremony.Graceful Eba Dance evolved mainly from the motion of monkeys,so it is also called Monkey Dance.Monkey’s naughty,agility,ignorance and gregariousness are all vividly displayed in the dance.
