观吴宗其系列摄影作品"家在千岛湖",犹如读一首首充满真挚情感的抒情诗。虽然他的作品里没有抒情诗句,没有朗读声音,却能让人从中读出他饱含着强烈的思想感情。他定居在美丽的西子湖畔,情感上却依恋着家乡的一草一木。人们常说:"水是家乡甜,月是故乡明。"家乡,历来是他乡游子们情感的圣地,心灵的家园,灵魂的驻地。

As a photographer full of nostalgia and with a sense of duty,Mr.Wu Zongqi,based on his unique affection for his hometown,has been photographing the changes of his hometown diligently for 35 years,which left us a visual literature about the folk customs,natural scenes and human landscapes of Qiandao Lake.Themed on ’’hometown",the series photographic works are named "Home at Qiandao Lake",which include "Home Memory","Home Custom","Home Nostalgia" and "Home Aroma".All of the works are penetrated with Wu’s personal mental evolution during his growing-up and are loaded with his yearning for childhood memories.
