摘要
在经历新中国成立初期限制发展农村党员和党支部的阶段后,1954年至1956年间,农村党员和基层党组织数量迅速增加。我所拍摄的中国第一代村支书是指从1958年开始,一直担任或间断性担任村党支部书记的老支书。这些老支书生活在丽水市松阳县各个乡村,他们的入党时间一般在1954年至1959年间。他们担任村支书时间最短的有18年,最长有37年,1985年前后,大多退位让贤。这些老支书的文化水平普遍不高,但在村里却有很高的威望。和大多数同时代的农民一样,老支书们的家庭大都养育有3至8个孩子。如今,
Village secretaries of the first generation in New China in the work refer to those who were holding the post of village secretary since1958.In that period,village secretaries had multiple duties.They were responsible for promoting production in order to guarantee the life of villagers.Meanwhile,they needed to keep highly consistent with higher Party organizations and carry out the masses’ political and ideological work.Though in harsh condition,they selflessly devoted their youth to the Party and villages.
