People on Both Sides of the Taiwan Straits Commemorate Shen Guangwen

望月家千里,怀人水一方。冬目的连绵阴雨。挡不住一批又一批的人怀着对"台湾文献初祖"沈光文的崇敬和爱戴,冒雨来到沈光文故里——宁波鄞县栎社(今鄞州区石碘街道星光村),瞻仰沈光文纪念馆、祭祀先贤沈光文,纪念先贤沈光文诞辰403周年。海峡两岸沈光文研究专家、沈氏后裔等百余人,共同缅怀这位被誉为"开台先师"的鸿儒巨子,展望两岸文化交流的美好前景。5年前,一幅作于660年前的山水画《富春山居图》,因时任总理温家宝一句饱含深情的"画是如此,人何以堪",而从一件艺术珍品变成两岸相连的一个文化象征符号。

In the rainy winter,more than 100 experts and descendants of Shen Guangwen(the founder of Taiwan bibliography) from both sides of the Taiwan Straits headed to Lishe,Yin County,Ningbo-birthplace of Shen Guangwen,to commemorate the 403 rd anniversary of Shen’s birth.Shen Guangwen was born in Lishe,Yin County in 1612.In July,1651,he floated to Taiwan because of a hurricane during his homemoving.From then on,he settled down in Taiwan and pursued his studies there for 37 years,which made a pioneering contribution toward education,literature,Chinese medicine and local records of Taiwan.
