编者按:2015年底,国家出台《关于促进农村电子商务加快发展的指导意见》,全面部署指导农村电子商务健康快速发展。浙江省同样大力扶持农村电商的创业——全省计划到2020年,扶持农村电商创业5万人,带动就业20万人。在首届世界互联网大会"透过浙江看中国——信息经济论坛"上,省长李强毫不吝惜地把赞美之词给了遂昌,在20分钟主旨演讲中,他用2分钟时间讲述遂昌农民网上卖农产品致富的故事,并借用电商界说法,称之为"遂昌模式"。
