傅狷夫先生1910年出生于杭州西湖南岸"柳浪闻莺"附近一户书香门第,本名抱青,号觉翁,字野客,而"狷夫"为其在书画上落款时惯署之名。早年斋号"心香室",晚年号"飞梦草堂"。其家学渊源,自幼研习书画。17岁时进入西泠书画社,从王潜楼先生学画7年,专攻山水,天资高朗,深具卓见。除承袭了潜师南宗柔润蕴藉的风格外,还刻意临古,致力颇深。
Fu Juanfu,whose ancestral home is Hangzhou,is a famous modern painter and art educator from Taiwan.For commemorating the105 th anniversary of Fu Juanfu’s birth,presenting his art achievement and extraordinary art career,commending the donate of his family,expanding collection channel,promoting the return of paintings and calligraphies from overseas and advocating culture and art exchange,Zhejiang Art Museum holds Fu Juanfu’s art exhibition named "Devout Heart and Flying Dream" which presents 200 items,including Fu’s painting and calligraphy works and the art works and documents collected by Fu.
