"One Time at Most" in the Name of People

省委书记车俊强调,'最多跑一次'改革的关键在于什么事难办就'办'什么事。'最多跑一次',是对人民的承诺,更是责任。4月12日,浙江省政府在衢州市举行省有关部门、11个设区市政府主要负责人等参加的推进'最多跑一次'改革座谈会。车俊强调,'最多跑一次'改革已进入攻坚阶段,要在群众最渴望解决、最难办的事情上寻找突破;改革重在企业和群众获得感的提升,评判权在百姓手上,没有退路,只能成功,不能失败。

"One Time at Most" is the promise the government made to people as well as its duty for people.On 12th April,related departments and 11 main leaders of districts and cities attended the "One time at Most" reform symposium held by Zhejiang Provincial Government.Che Jun,then Deputy Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province,expressed that the reform of "One Time at Most" has entered into the key stage and we should break through the barriers which are the hardest to settle.The reform,aimed at helping the enterprises and masses,only accepts full success. "One time at Most",proposed by Che Jun at the Zhejiang Provincial Economic Working Conference at the end of last year,means that only one time should enterprises and masses go to the government to settle problems.Meanwhile,it aims to force the government to streamline the administration and delegate power to the lower levels,optimize the services and strengthen economic and social vitality.
