众美抱华——钱君匋的艺术世界

The Art World of Qian Juntao

钱君匋(1907—1998),祖籍浙江海宁,生于浙江桐乡屠甸镇,原名玉棠,学名锦堂,别署豫堂、午斋、冰壶生等;斋室名丛翠堂、无倦苦斋、抱华精舍等;著名篆刻家、书画家、书籍装帧家、音乐家、诗人、出版家、散文家、鉴藏家;曾任上海市文史馆馆员、西泠印社副社长、人民音乐出版社副总编、上海文艺出版社总编审等职。钱君匋才情卓越、艺兼众美,从艺七十余年。

Qian Juntao(1907—1998) was born in Tudian Town, Tongxiang and his ancestral home was Haining. With a brilliant talent for art, he has achieved considerable success in seal cutting, calligraphy, drawing, binding and layout, poems, music, education, editing and publishing in over 70 years.In 1996, Qian Juntao donated a thousand or so collections to his ancestral home Haining for free. 2017 is the 110 th anniversary of his birth, hence Zhejiang Art Museum and People’s Government of Haining jointly held an exhibition which took Qian Juntao’s case study as the foothold and get the most out of the collection resource of the Institute of Qian Juntao Art Study so as to achieve the aim of resource sharing.
