In Xi Jinping’s report to the 19th CPC National Congress, the work and achievement in literature and art are stated independently for the first time, which highlights that the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core pays high attention to the work in the literary and artistic field and shows a great expectation for writers and artists.
