山环如郭 幽邃如洞——武义郭洞村

The Guodong Village

'郭外风光凌北斗,洞中锦绣映南山',这是古人对武义郭洞村的形象描绘。郭洞村的地形独特,发源于大坑尖的郭洞溪绕村而过,仙霞岭山脉犹如一道绿色屏障环绕在村庄的东、南、西三侧,把小山村拢在怀中。郭洞村始建于宋代,村民并不姓郭,村庄地处层峦叠嶂的山谷之中,山环如郭,幽邃如洞,遂取名'郭洞'。

The Guodong Village in Wuyi was first established in the Song Dynasty.Situated in the valley and embraced by layer upon layer of mountains,the village is as quiet as a hole,so local people call it'Guo Dong'.He Shou,a Wuyi native,brought estate,lived and prospered here for generations.And Guodong Village gradually became the hometown of He family.The picturesque scenery makes people relaxed and happy and He family has earned people’s respect for its long standing.
