双甘膦催化氧化法制备草甘膦的研究进展

摘要 综述了在不同的催化剂作用下,用氧气作为氧化剂,通过催化氧化双甘膦制备草甘膦的方法。比较了过渡金属、活性炭、贵金属催化剂的优点和缺点,重点介绍了贵金属催化剂的作用。Pt/C催化剂具有副产物少,工艺简单,催化剂重复利用性好等优点,但此类催化剂存在贵金属流失问题,解决了此难题将会有很大的发展前景。 Using oxygen as an oxidant, the preparation of glyphosate(PMG) by catalytic oxidation of Nphosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid(PMIDA) under different catalysts is reviewed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of transition metal, activated carbon, noble metal supported catalyst especially Pt/C catalyst, was compared. Pt/C catalyst has the advantage of few by-products, simple technology, renewable use, and low cost. But the big problem of Pt/C catalyst is metal loss, to solve this problem will have broad prospect for its development.
