胍基丙酸的合成

摘要 以硫脲、β-丙氨酸为原料,通过亲核取代、胺的烷基化两步反应来制备胍基丙酸,含量大于99.0%,总收率76.2%。该工艺成本低,条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。 Guanidinepropionic acid was synthesized from thiourea andβ-aminopropanoic acid , through the nucleophilic reaction,alkylation of amine of the two step reaction with a purity of 99.0%, and an overall yield of 76.2%. The process has low cost and simple operation, and it’s suitable for industrialized produc-tion.
