摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法,以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃乙酸为功能单体,钛酸四丁酯为交联剂,Li+为印迹模板离子,聚合得到Li+印迹聚合物材料。利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对印迹聚合物结构进行了表征,以及动态吸附试验。结果表明,杯[4]芳烃乙酸印迹聚合物含有-OH、-C=O和-Ti-O-Ti-网络状结构,它们共同参与对Li+的吸附。印迹聚合物与非印迹聚合物相比,微观表面存在提高吸附能力的特征结构,吸附能力有较大的提高。
Based on the SOL-GEL method, taking p-tert-butylcalix [4]arene-acetate as the functional monomer, tetrabutyl orthotitanate as the cross-linker, Li+as the imprinting template, the imprinted polymer material of lithium ion was prepared in this paper. The structure of imprinted polymer was characterized by using SEM, TGA, FT-IR and dynamic adsorption experiment. The results shows that there are lots of-OH、-C=O and reticular structure of-Ti-O-Ti- in calix[4]arene-acetate imprinted polymer which can participate in Li+adsorption. Compared with non-imprinted polymer, the characteristic structure of microcosmic surface in imprinted polymer can enhance adsorption ability and it has stronger adsorption capacity.
