摘要
以硫代磷酰氯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,在一定温度下,把正丙胺、氨水混合液滴加到硫代磷酰氯、甲苯混合液中,反应完毕后,分层,同温下向有机相中通入氨气,通氨毕,升温过滤去除氯化铵,滤液经冷却结晶、过滤、干燥即得最终产物正丙基硫代磷酰三胺,总收率达79%。该工艺简便、产生的三废少、生产成本低、收率高且适合工业化生产。
Using thiophosphoryl chloride as raw material and toluene as solvent, the mixture of n-propylamine and ammonia water was added to the mixture of thiophosphoryl chloride and toluene at a certain temperature. After the reaction was completed, the layer was separated and the temperature was the same.Ammonia gas was introduced into the organic phase, and ammonia was passed through, and ammonium chloride was removed by filtration at elevated temperature. The filtrate was cooled and crystallized, filtered,and dried to obtain the final product of n-propylthiophosphoric triamide, with a total yield of 79%. The process is simple, the production of three wastes is small, the production cost is low, the yield is high, and it is suitable for industrial production.
