摘要
分析引起焦虑情绪的社会、家庭和个体因素,并针对大学生焦虑情绪的起因和表现,提出四种调节焦虑情绪的教学策略。
The article analyzes three factors which lead to university students' anxiety, the society, the family as well as students own disposition and provides four education strategies by analyzing the reasons and status of anxiety at last.
