独立学院工科专业应用型人才培养模式探索

An Exploration on Applied-Oriented Talent-Training Model of Engineering Majors in Independent Colleges

针对独立学院工科专业应用型人才培养目标,以浙江师范大学行知学院工科专业本科应用型人才培养为例,提出借助校企合作平台,通过培养工程意识,注重基本技能训练,增强实践能力、优化教学内容等一系列教学改革措施,探索独立学院工科专业本科应用型人才培养实施的思路与途径,以进一步提升独立学院工科专业的人才培养质量。

Aiming at realizing talent training objective of engineering majors in Xingzhi College of Zhejiang Normal University, a set of multiplex measures is proposed including cultivating engineering consciousness of students, emphasizing on fundamental skill cultivation, improving practical ability of students and optimizing course content. This talent-training model mentioned above is implemented by taking advantage of university-enterprise cooperation platform to explore the ideas and methods of appliedoriented talent training and to promote the talent-training quality of engineering undergraduates in independent colleges.
