摘要
教师专业能力在高职人才培养中的关键作用逐渐被高职院所关注,成为企业工作岗位与学校教育教学的"对接"根本。苏州健雄职业技术学院在"嵌入式"校企合作基础上,采用双师教学途径,实施多元主体培养,构建"嵌入式"校企合作中教师专业能力培养体系,最终有效地提高教师的专业能力。
The key role of teachers' professional ability in higher vocational talents training is gradually being concerned by higher vocational colleges, which has become the basic of the teaching of the school education. On the basis of embedded school enterprise cooperation, Chien-shiung Institute of Technology in Suzhou, using double normal teaching approach, the implementation of multi subject training, the construction of the embedded school enterprise cooperation in teachers professional ability training system, and ultimately to improve the teachers' professional ability.
