加强师资队伍建设是专业人才培养及卓越工程师计划实施的客观需要。从专业教师的合理结构和建立师资队伍培养机制两方面提出专业教师师资队伍建设思路,在一定程度上促进教师队伍的协调发展。

To build up the ranks of teachers is the objective require of training of the professionals and planning of the outstanding engineers. This paper put forward suggestions and way from reasonable structure of professional teachers and building teacher training mechanism, to a certain extent, promoting coordinated development of the ranks of teachers.
